PA to the managing director and SLT
I have learnt to be more open-minded and More resilient
I would not recommend QA, I had 5 different skills coaches and only one of them was actually helpful. There was little to no communication at all and any feedback received was not sufficient
The programme itself is not tailored to 'Business admins' which makes it really hard to complete
I received lots of help from my manager which was more valuable to me than the apprenticeship 'help'
Very little
Not at all
There was plenty for me to get involved in
Yes
I would recommend Kier to anyone because depsite being an apprentice I was made to feel comfortable and included at all times. I was also given lots to do and plenty of room for progression
Be honest
