Dealing with customers in financial difficulty
The skills have been there as I've had a lot of years experience in dealing with customer face to face and over the phone. It's nice to have a recap
I like to contribute and complete what I'm asked to do to an high standard
I think its well organised and structured. You are competing tasks and your work is looked at and feedback given
I've not needed any support ion completing the activities set so far
I've asked quite a few questions and always had a reply. I've always been given clear instructions and been pointed in the right direction
