Not well structured - can spend a lot of time 'on the bench' not learning or being chargeable. Often seconded ti parts of the business you didn't want to go to
Lots - I have a career coach and very supportive managers and directors who take time out to chat to me and give me advice
Some - I obtained support and approval to go to a training course
