Making sure to lead the time and keep our valuable members motivated for the shop to hit targets for sales and availability of products
Definately, this has matured me as a person before doing apprenticeship I was a normal worker since I have been promoted and next target is to be a store manager.I have become more aware of the different factors that I had never considered before in order for a store to run successfully.
I really enjoyed the apprenticeship I was supported well throughout from colleagues and my coach.I found this a new challenge which I love and from this I'm going for the degree apprenticeship
Even during covid it was very well organised allowing us to still work from home or work through remote calls and just simply having the tutors to be a call or email away for support
I recieve,a lot of support from the Co-op through putting me on different management courses and in general from experienced managers around me have helped me to develop as a person in my role and importantly we get feedback on our work regularly
I received a lot of support from my tutor regularly assessing where I was with each topic and setting me regular tasks each week helped in the structuring to succeed and importantly from this I got a distinction
It's helped me to understand the day to day tasks I complete in my work and applying what I have learnt thinking with more considerations for customers and use of space on shopfloor etc
When we can we all try to be as sociable as possible doing the occasional team building days and after work we as a team go to the pub to have a laugh about our day and to unwind
Yes
