-Thoroughly, hoping to return to finish the graduate scheme -Get involved with B&CM if doing audit -Big teams feel like a family

-Very well developed -time off for study for exams -structured training when joining -lots of support from team

-supported massively -daily calls -open communication -internal recognition system

-less support working virtually -need to be more proactive to ask for the help -utilise the functions to get support out of college days

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

-qualification is vital for role -will apply 90% of accounting knowledge to the role so pay attention

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

-can get involved with the Social team on your client -many groups on currents (internal forum) which you can join based on interests and hobbies

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?

-trust is important so highlight how you demonstrate this when applying -PwC value personality and drive over academics so show you want this -Don't be afraid to ask questions (it shows more interest)
