Continued learning for the skills i require within the role i wish to move onto. More skills with personal development, how to approach and deal with different customers and how to upskill myself. Everything i do i make note of for my apprenticeship so i can keep track of my learning
yes, I have learnt loads of technical skills i wouldn't have learnt without the apprenticeship, which i require for the role i wish to peruse in. I have also learnt lots of people skills, and Maths skills to help with my learning
I enjoy the programme due to learning new things that i wouldn't of known without being part of the programme, I Find the balance of work-apprenticeship work loads well balanced, as a lot of what i now do on a day to day basis can link in with each other and compliments each other well.
I find the structure is well laid out, we have a clear understanding of what we are due to be doing along with the right amount of one to ones and support calls
Wickes/Store manager is really supportive, Monthly reviews to keep check on my progress
I receive a lot, When im struggling i can reach out with a prompt answer/video call to help guide me
100% better, The apprenticeship is focused on the step up role i wish to take on, which helps me perform better in my current role
