Provide Advice Use of ISO 45001 SMS Manage 'Personal Safety' - Lone Worker Devices etc. Create/Review Risk Assessments Audit Operational Procedures Building Audits Site Visits Accident Investigation Health Surveillance Training/TBT's Task Groups such as Committee Meetings with Trade Union Safety Representatives.
Yes, my communication skills have improved significantly due to the fact that I am constantly communicating with colleagues within my team, other internal departments, and external stakeholders.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the programme for various reasons... I have gained a vast amount of knowledge in regards to Health, Safety & Wellbeing, whilst also gaining appropriate experience on the job. I am now in a career I love, and aspire to become the best I can.
I cannot fault the organisation/structure of the programme - as I have come to the end of my training, I have reflected back over the past 2 years and think it's suitably structured.
My employer has been brilliant; I have the training co-ordinator who liaises with college, whilst also having the full support of my manager and colleagues within our team.
I have always had the support offered to me as and when it's been needed... Each time I have enquired about support, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] (Penshaw View) has been fantastic, and has always been there.
To the best of my ability - the structure of the course enables you to gather vital experience and knowledge in order to become the best safety professional.
Yes, we have a Golf Society which I am a member of. There are also various events to promote well-being and all sorts at Bolton at Home - the list goes on and on! Throughout my job, there has been ample opportunity to attend Networking Events too.

Fantastic company which offers all of the support you could ever need; they really care about your personal well-being, and the culture as a whole is great! Also, the holiday entitlement/flexible working/pension/salary is very good too.
