work experience student Review

My work experince involved many talks with fully qualified solicters and also trainee soliciters. they gave us a welcome speach and then the days included many differnt talks with people from different departments of the corpet law team. we were also set a few differnt tasks to do through the week.

i definitly learned a lot of training about what the averge everyday looked like for a trainee solicter and also a fully qualified socliciter- we found out that not everday was the same. i definitly also leaned a lot of confidence skills as i became alot more confident to speak to camera.

i really enjoyed my work experiance to the full extent. it taught me many different things about what my future could entail and also what is going on in the corpert work. this was also enjoyable as it highly increased my commercial awarness. this meant that i really enjoyed my experinace

the work expeince was throughly organiused. they clearly showed us our schelduale online which was very easy to read and follow. the forage platform also allowed us to see what tasks we needed to complete and which we had already completed. the meetings were also very orginised and they often told us where we could get help

i felt that i really learned alot about what it would be like to work there as the meetings with our supervisors really showed us what it wpuld be like to work there as we could ask so many questions and many solicitors also told us what it was really like

it defitnilty really helped me finalise that this is what i definitly want to do in the future and this is what i do what to apply to study in uni. so this experiance really showed me tjat this is the correct career path for me as i found it so interesting.

no this was an online week which was not paid for as it was for work expeornace not a job. so no i was not paid.

yeh there was the oppertunity for us to meet the other students and to network with them. we had the oppertunity to do tasks with the students also which involded group descussions and to do projects together. we also had an oppertunity at lunch time to ctach up with other students.

i would highly reccomemed pinsent masons to a firend as this work experoance was so insightful and also taught me alot about law but also about what my future5 coudl look like as we got to see what soliciters get to do everyday. i would also reccomend it becuase it was such a friendly enviroment

i would say in my application i was just complelty truthful and fully myself so i would give the tip to not lie on your survery as they dont want to see the perfect survery they just want to see who you truly are and if this matches ther firm and if you would be a good fit
