    • Working as a Workplace Manager on a TFM contract for a world leading company. This includes legal compliance on all service lines. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual checks of all QSHE elements on site.

    • yes, the apprenticeships allows me to develop an in-depth knowledge on the law and responsibilities from a legal perspective

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • It is very informative. i enjoy investing in my own development. I would enjoy more information coursework to be sent to me and then work through these

    • very organised and structured good induction and structured approach. good support available when challenges reached.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • Due to change of contracts, change in support form H&S Managers. but both have been very supportive and advising

    • Tudor supportive and assisting when challenged on the apprenticeship computer program.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • it gives me a sounder understanding of my legal obligations. i am able to perform better at my job due to the deeper understanding. it further provides me a stronger future qualification for an evolving job market

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • Fundraiser event are very common. besides that my available time is very limited due to personal circumstances

    • it supports the FM work environment while supporting the H&S in our every day life

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sodexo?

    • ensure you have time available to dedicate to the course but the benefits will come life almost immediately.
