- Gained an understanding of the Bank's structure, specifically the Global Advisory, Wealth Management and Merchant Banking. - Shadowed analysts within Global Advisory. - Did a Dragon's Den project to provide a product/service to Rothschild and Co and presented it to a group of Directors and Analysts.
I developed the skills of presenting a project and collaborating in a team as well as improving my app prototyping abilities. Furthermore, I learned the act of communication and networking with senior members at Rothschild and Co.
I thoroughly enjoyed the programme. The organisers were supportive and the connection I made were very useful and interesting. It was definitely insightful.
The programme was very well organised. We got sent a timetable of what will happen when and we stuck to it pretty closely. A very structured and packed programme.
The employer was very supportive and could easily be contacted if needed.
The training provider was also very supportive and available for guidance upon request.
