It involved listening to presentations from experts, completing legal tasks and meeting with supervisors who gave us their advice and experiences.
I gained an insight into the field of law and the legal tasks helped me to develop my attention to detail and problem solving skills. The work experience has helped to confirm the career I want to pursue.
I enjoyed it thoroughly. Sessions were engaging and interactive and the tasks were interesting too. There were sufficient breaks and time to work on anything I had yet to complete.
Extremely well organised. The Forage platform made the work experience easy to access and the schedule was detailed and timings were clear.
I learnt a lot about the company culture. Speaking to supervisors was particularly useful and helpful as I was able to hear about working as a solicitor first hand.
It has helped me to decide that I do want to pursue law and so I would say this work experience helped me immensely in deciding on my future career path.
No I was not paid.
Yes, through the interactive sessions I was able to listen to experts and ask questions. I was also able to talk to other people participating in the work experience through the meetings with the supervisors.
