Work experience student Review

We attended lectures from a variety of different speakers on different aspects of the Law, we completed and submitted various legal tasks and we attended sessions with two mentors where we were able to ask questions about their experiences in the firm.

I furthered my legal knowledge by completing the tasks and I learnt a lot more about commercial awareness from the talk we attended about that. The legal tasks were very useful as I learnt a lot of specific skills, such as summarising reports, creating clauses and more.

I really enjoyed it as I found it highly interactive and engaging, meaning that I learnt a lot from it.

I think it was very well organised as most of the sessions ran to time and were structured well.

I learnt a lot as we were able to speak to many different people, for example trainee solicitors as well as fully qualified solicitors and partners in the firm.

It helped a lot as it has confirmed that I definitely want to pursue a career in Law.
