Customer Suppport based role. Helping customer with questions or issues regarding our Smart Lighting Products. Helping customer to specify product choices and compatibility. Tested software and hardware in Beta stages to ensure that the features required are present and working. Assisting other departments with queries and testing of products.
I have developed my communication skills. I have become more confident in myself and my abilities. I have learnt how to use various hardware and software and how to troubleshoot effectively. I have developed my critical thinking and my creativity in resolving issues.
I have been able to work with a large amount of people from various departments and backgrounds. Working with so many people and products has been incredibly enjoyable especially being able to learn the ins and outs of our products. I have learn a lot of things within my job and the apprenticeship courses.
The programme was well organised and i was provided with a wide array of learning opportunities such as working with different departments and testing products in different ways. The courses I took part in were very informative and a great learning experience.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the work environment is relaxed and open-plan, allowing you to communicate with colleagues very quickly and effectively.
As long as you have a drive to learn or succeed you will do very well at the company. Do not be afraid of meeting so many people as everyone is friendly and would be happy to help and support you.
