Check my emails, start sorting Learner logs checking them adding relevant information then getting them signed, then I check the signed ones and put them into their files whilst doing this I also update the excel tracker for attendance. If I need any help I teams call the relevant people, I also have a few teams calls through the day, and I also set up the emails and texts ready for the new learners. I love my Job and enjoy what I do every day.
Yes I updated my skills on excel, I have also learnt how to used the business admin systems that they use at LMP. They also offer their staff plenty of training opportunities, I have Learnt loads about the company and enjoyed learning how to add new learners on their qualifications.

Yes even though most of us work from home, we do extra curricular activities to get involved with, they do wellness calls, fitness calls, afternoon tea, summer conference, Christmas parties, games and quizzes in the monthly newsletter. They also offer an end of year away day for all staff in December
Yes
Because they are a lovely and thoughtful company they really go by their values of being compassionate, they do this by offering flexi working hours, doing wellness call to all staff during the pandemic and other times too, they also hire the right people to be managers they have heart and work with the staff to solve any problems.
Apply, make sure your CV is up to date, get all paperwork in as soon as you can, Make sure you have the right experience otherwise you can join an apprenticeship and they can help you to gain the skills and qualification you need to do the job. Being an apprentice I would have liked to have been told what my options are after i have completed my apprenticeship.
