Care assistant for elderly/ dementia service users, providing high quality care , meeting all their needs and supporting them with everyday tasks such as personal care.
I believe I am in a position where I am continuously developing new skills and improving my knowledge daily.
I am really enjoying learning new things that will help me develop further within my role
I feel like my program is well organised
I feel like I receive a lot of support from my employer and feel like I have plenty of support from others too
I feel very supported by my trainer and I feel very comfortable to ask any questions I am unsure of.
