I work in the wine cellar, my role is to replenish the shop floor of wines and spirits once they have sold, been, taken for online orders, broken or transferred to hospitality on the shop floor
I've improved my computer skills and pronunciation of wines in many languages, I've also passed my level 1 WSET home | Wine & Spirit Education Trust, waiting for level 2 to start
I enjoyed learning a more in depth understanding of how the business works
was very structured I knew where I was at each point and understood my targets
anything or time i needed to study was given
received all the attention i needed and was replied to quickly
i feel more confident
