My role includes supporting and teaching learners about the early years, assigning them work to complete and ensuring I can provide them with any extra support if required! Also to complete my own apprenticeship work and continue to improve my personal development and skills, through training provided and CPD with Realise.
I have recently learnt how to operate different forms of websites, such as using onefile from a teaching perspective as well as a learners; I have completed health and safety training and how to ensure to maintain my wellbeing while working from home! I have been shadowing lots of different skills and webinars being delivered.
So far my programme has been amazing, learning new things everyday and increasing my interest constantly, making me more excited to really get stuck in! My team are so supportive and cant do enough to ensure im ok and happy within my role! I have took it upon myself to do my own reading and research to continue progressing.
Very well , after only being here a day I was already signed up and ready to get going with my work for my apprenticeship; my mentor was immediately assigned who I can speak to whenever and about anything! My line manager has been so supportive and after such a short space of time I feel like ive been here months.
Outstanding support, I have been given a induction plan explaining everything i have to do over a months time, which has really settled me in with any questions or alterations made to suit me. I have been made to feel welcome and no ask has been too much, I am really enjoying working for my employer.
As ive only recently started it is hard to comment but so far support has been outstanding, with any thing at all, whether this be something small or huge its been answered immediately and makes me feel very supported by my team! I understand my qualificion is going to be hard going but really feel I have so much support around me
My role is looing very fast paced and complex, but I was made aware of this before even beginning, my course is going to provide me with all the skills and knowledge I required to be the best possible trainer assessor I can be and I really believe I am at the right place for this.
Yes, as soon as I was offered a job here at realise I was welcomed by all the team, invited to zoom calls to get to know everyone, invited on socials nights etc. And also the sue of blink to feel involved, almost like a community is a great idea.
Yes
As I trained here for my first qualification years ago and it really has stuck with me, so much so I am now training to work for Realise; as I want to make the same difference to young learners lives as these did for me years ago, and support individuals.
Be yourself, passionate, and honest about what you want to do! It may be a fast paced work place, but they way this company looks after you and supports your well-being is like nothing I have experienced before, its more like a family feel than a work place at times and everyone is so friendly!
