    • I currently work as a TA in a school for Autism. Working alongside the children, helping them out with daily activities and classwork.

    • I have learnt alot since starting my course. How to deal with different aspects of education and working with Autistic children.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • The structure of the programme is organised very well. When I first started I was shown how to use the dashboard and scarlet explained the structure of the course to me.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • If I am honest not a huge amount. I am having to do my work outside of school hours. I have a great mentor who I work with on a daily basis but it is just difficult to get the work finished on time.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I feel that since starting the course I have learnt a lot more about my role and how to work with the students. It has made me think a lot more about my role and how to work well with students and others.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • We have an enrichment programme where the students do extra-curricular activities such as paddle boarding, swimming, rock climbing etc which I help out with. We also run a holiday club, I am part of the extended services team so I help out with this also.

    • Yes

    • They are efficiently run and extremely helpful and the courses they offer are fantastic.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Group?

    • Go for it. They are great to work with and full of help and advice. I am continuing onto another course after I have finished this one and looking forward to it.
