I am a deputy manager at a private run day nursery so I open and close make sure we have a smooth running of the building the team is running smoothly all paperwork is completed the children's needs are being met any parent questions are being answered and met and working alongside my manager
I have and will be learning many new skills from leadership, delegating, training and ethical considerations to maths and english cognissit skills management skills and i am currently learning things through doing my level five which includes models of reflection personal and professional development plans cpd logs and different theorists
I really enjoy the training as i am constantly learning something new all the time i am gaining new skills, knowledge and behaviour along the way so no day is the same every day is different and something that i can take away and use know and in the future
My programme is well organised and structured and it is explained by my trainer in great detail to myself and if not understood by myself i know how to contact my trainer for extra help and support everything is written and put unto my file with great detail and explanation also
My employers are fully supportive they support me at both work and home giving me the time needed to go away and learn and expand to further my skills they also help me in my growth and are there if i need to speak to them or any support that can offer
My training provider takes time to listen to any problems i have incurred and to any suggestions help or extra support i need send,s me extra work in support with my course I feel i can speak to my training provider about anything that occurs both at work and during this course
It gives me a chance to take anything learned into my job role and workplace and offer the training and support needed so they can gain new skills knowledge and behaviour and whilst doing so we can all gain a better outcome and practice and the children gain growth as well as us
We offer stay and play sessions where parents can bring their children in a warm homely enviroment and make new relationships while children are being stimulated . We doing training sessions and all parents or carers are welcome to come and take part in these gaining new skills that they can perhaps use at home

Because they are not just just training providers they offer you loads of support throughout the whole course they put your mind at ease through each stage of your learning and you no they are only a phone call,email or message away I highly recommend them I would not have choose anyone else to help me gain greater skills
Go on do it and take the next step in your future it will be all worth it I promise you will not be disappointed the trainers are excellent the continued support you get is amazing and they put you at great ease every step of the way. Also you get everything on a journal which explained to you and is easy to follow
