  • Role includes managing the day to day operation of the learning and development arm of Virgin Care and driving the benefits of apprenticeships through our recruitment and retention strategy.

  • Develop strategic management skills and managing hybrid teams.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the new learning and tools gained through the programme. I can see how the modules relate to my current and future career prospects.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme has been delivered virtually. Whilst this has been facilitated through Trams and Zoom lecturers have not adapted their own teaching skills to this model. Some of the content has felt a bit flat and in engaging.

  • My employer is highly supportive of my apprenticeship and has sort opportunities to help embed new skills.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Minimal support has been given from the provider. Module to module expectations and support has varied.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification is helping me to build new knowledge particular critical analysis to support my role. I don’t put this down to the provider though.

  • Yes professional networking and coaching has been offered.
