  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

    • Excellent course as most of it is done online and only once a month I am in the classroom, but there is 24/7 support whenever I need it.

    • Maths and English has gone up with this course, as it was a very long time ago I was at school.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • Everything is done online so I’m not in the classroom and can carry on its my normal job.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Did induction and got to learn all of the toolboxes what was needed and then its up to me how quickly I want to get it done by.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • My employer are great, they make time for me to do the work in work time soo I’m not using my time at home.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • My training provider is there on hand whenever I need them 24/7.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • Any qualifications are great, something I have and in the future they will all need one like this.

    • There are always social events so we can all talk about this and what are our needs to succeed.
