    • I manage a team of quality improvement coaches, we analyse the company data to identify areas of improvement and design, deliver and measure the success of the interventions.

    • I have developed my skills in effectively dealing with stakeholders as well as how to effectively manage a project.

    • I thoroughly enjoy the programme and I have benefitted gained a promotion due to it.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Overall the structure has been good, there has been some confusion with session changes. Everything is now back on track which is good news as I hope to be going to EPA soon.

    • I have the full support from my manager and I am able to take my 20% off the job training to consolidate both my knowledge and skills.

    • I have an effective and reliable tutor who is there to support me at 1-2-1 sessions as well as on e-mail.

    • The qualification has improved my confidence in my role as well as increasing my strategic knowledge.

    • As part of my qualification I have CIPD membership which provides me with access to local and national networking events.
