My role involves dealing with contractors who do the digging for United Utilities and to ensure they follow the rules and regulations. I oversee all jobs done by the teams I manage
Yes, i have learnt many new skills such as learning what a project consists of and how closely projects need to be managed in order to succeed. I have learnt about project phases, Budgeting and scheduling.
I enjoy my programme thoroughly and learnt a lot about dealing with projects and how to approach them.
