Engineering practice is thrown out and document review is all key, all skills needed to pass NVQ stages of your apprenticeship are not available at DE&S due to this.
I learnt engineering from the educational provider, but none from the apprenticeship programme
Bullying and harassment is and everyday occurance
Arguments and insults are the only structure to this employer
Some individuals are involved in seeing some growth but give up when the apprenticeship team 'helps out' and ultimately removes you from learning
Removal of learning opportunities and expectation to do work rather than learn new skills.
None provision of betterment was experienced from DE&S apprenticeship
None, no activities or social occasions were ever organised by DE&S

Expect to be bullied, expect to be forced to write nice things about the scheme under threat of job loss. Expect to be threatened at work, expect to be underpaid from your expected salary.
