I follow a customer journey right from the designing process to fitting and aftercare.
How to give longitudinal care, knowledge on bathroom products and how to produce designs
Now, the programme is very well organised with structure, started off a little rocky though
Huge - my branch manager is so understanding.
My coach now is amazing, very prompt with replies to emails and so informative.
Makes me understand the role better through more detailed designs. I have done tasks I would never thought of doing before i.e. mystery shop
