  • Now, the programme is very well organised with structure, started off a little rocky though

  • My coach now is amazing, very prompt with replies to emails and so informative.

  • Makes me understand the role better through more detailed designs. I have done tasks I would never thought of doing before i.e. mystery shop

  • No, but the social media aspect and networking virtually works really well.
