My role is to customer service, I am the first contact the customer has with the company whether that be from behind the counter, on the phone of in person in the yard. Our aim is to deliver the best possible customer service
Fortunately I've been able to gain a tremendous amount of new knowledge surrounding the business sector, also my customer service skills have grown immeasurably. Logistics play a part in the service we provide aswell
I always enjoy learning new things and having the freedom to focus more on some aspects rather than others. The course was valuable for me but I still think there's more I could have offered.
Fairly well constructed and there was a lot of support given by my mentor which turned out to impact my results very positively. However I do believe that more focus could have been put on some areas on subjects i found myself enjoying more
From my mentor and their team the support was endless, there's a tremendously large support network in TP which I took full advantage of. It was challenging getting time in branch to do work, and I missed out of events like visiting other branches etc
I never really went without any support, and there was enough information readily available to me whenever I needed it. Every question I've ever had has been answered to a suitable degree.
The training I received pushed me to the next stages of product knowledge and business knowledge within the merchant sector, I don't think I would be able to perform half as well as I do without the course I was on.
Not that im aware of
Yes
Normally I great opportunity to learn and move forward, plus the training provided is superior to other places I have worked previously.
Study up the building trade, if you don't know the answer to a customers question, take some time to research what ever it may be this will help you grow quickly and help provide customers with an overall better experience.
