I am the Showroom Sales Manager at City Plumbing in Chelmsford. I have appointments with customers, designing and quoting for their future bathroom. I order the goods in, arrange delivery to the customer and make after-sale calls. I see the customer journey from start to finish.
I have learnt many sales techniques, how to deal with customer queries and problems. I have learnt how to navigate around the companies ordering system.
While being on the programme and learning so many new things I have enjoyed having someone as a point of contact to guide me through everything.
The programme has been rocky in some parts. Once I was able to have a call with my coach and clear up some questions I felt better.

As mentioned above, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has been super helpful when I felt a bit stuck.
I have learnt more about the business side of sales and everyday branch life than I would if I didn't take part in this programme.
I am not aware of any, but I don't tend to look for them either
