L3 Apprentice childcare Review

I work in a nursery so my role is to always ensure im in ratio, look after the children, follow the rules and procedures and allow the children to have fun

I have learnt many new skills that will benefit me inthe future like communication skills, teamwork skills and just being more confident in my job

I enjoy it thouroughly, i enjoy working with the company and i love working with the children

Its very organised, we have monthly webinars and monthly calls with my assessor

I recieve whatever support i need from my manager and i am comfortable to speak to them whenever needed

I recieved great support from them, they are always there when i need them and are always accessible

This qualification helps me so much because it teachers me the things i need in my job role and it has made me so much more confident

As it is such a good training provider, they are there when you need them, the layout and everything is amazing and they do ensure that you finish on time
