I carried out small tasks that one of the senior associates would give me.
I can do way more on excel than I ever could before.
Quite a lot, my team members were really nice. The ambience in office is really good.
I did expect it to be a bit more organised. There were quite a few awkward moments where there wasn't much to do but apart from that there is good task delegation and training was always monitored closely to make sure up to date.
A lot of support. My career coach has been so much help and she has made this a truly good experience.

A lovely place to work with many benefits.
Ask for more guidance during initial training and don't be afraid to ask for more help.
