  • My Role involves me caring for 2-3 years from 8.30am till 3.30pm Monday to Thursday. What i do is care, play and keep them safe. Organise activities for play and education, read books, planning and observe children playing with their peers and acttivities.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to get the best out of the children through play, reading and singing. Being a positive role model. Improve my knowledge of caring for small children

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • What i enjoy are the Webinars with Kim and learning new things, because with care care there i always something new to learn.Coursework, Noodle Now and English and Maths.

  • I think its structured well. We get a Webinar and independent studies to do and then a vebal report or written.

  • Support is good and if you have questions they will answer them.

  • Kim supports us always... If we have question she is always willing to answer... Very flexable.

  • From the information gathered from Webinar and independent studies we can put into practice things we have learnt.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Noodle Course runs additional course that we can do, that are related to out job. Also thhos who are studying English and Maths at the same time.

  • Yes

  • Because there teaching is great the way they teach is easy to understand and in bite sizes.
