My Role involves me caring for 2-3 years from 8.30am till 3.30pm Monday to Thursday. What i do is care, play and keep them safe. Organise activities for play and education, read books, planning and observe children playing with their peers and acttivities.
I have learnt how to get the best out of the children through play, reading and singing. Being a positive role model. Improve my knowledge of caring for small children
What i enjoy are the Webinars with Kim and learning new things, because with care care there i always something new to learn.Coursework, Noodle Now and English and Maths.
I think its structured well. We get a Webinar and independent studies to do and then a vebal report or written.
Support is good and if you have questions they will answer them.
Kim supports us always... If we have question she is always willing to answer... Very flexable.
From the information gathered from Webinar and independent studies we can put into practice things we have learnt.
Noodle Course runs additional course that we can do, that are related to out job. Also thhos who are studying English and Maths at the same time.
