My job role is to provide the very best childcare to the children in my care. It involves working in partnership with parents, working closely with the children, meeting their needs and making sure I am following requirements such as the EYFS.
I have gained massive amounts of confidence due to being such a small team, I have been able to build amazing relationships with my team and the parents.
It is the job for me so I enjoy making a difference.
Always been supported by my manager and feel like a valued member of the group.
