I am currently working towards my level 3 customer service apprenticeships as well as doing the work and essays and courses that leads up to the end of my apprenticeship. i have develop my customer service skills and I have worked in various retails shops as well as a call centre before this.
i am enjoying my program very much so, the team, as well as the management, are very kind and friendly which makes them easier to get along with, it does have a family feel to the company and I am enjoying every day of it so far to be honest.
it is very well organized and i like the way it's done, where we will have our classroom session first, then support if we need it after then our work will be given. No matter when but Raylia Hopley makes time for not just me but the whole people on the apprentichsips
i receive quite a bit of support from the employer in terms of when we are starting a new section the work we do get enough time but if we still are struggling they do understand and give extra time, we get support from the more experienced staff as well.
quite a bit of support we get with realize, Raylia has made it clear if we do need help she is always there and to drop her an email or a teams message, there's quite a bit of support of the one file where we check our work and I enjoy it thoroughly
it gives more of a deeper understanding of how a business works and what they want from us, I have put what I have learned so far into practice and it is paying off . i will most definitely know more about the industry and what is needed of me to succeed
yes i run a tuck shop at work which we go around the office floor and sell crisps, chocs, biscuits and drink to my work colleagues, I am also apart of the wellbeing team we have and and I lead the charity side of things in which we raise money for,
Yes
it is a massive company to work and there is various chances and opportunities to go into as well as a tremendous amount of support be it from your managers or colleagues as well as online on the intranet. there are rooms to enhance your skills and develop them further which is always a plus.
To be true to yourself, as well as making sure you have an up to date cv with any relative qualification gained which can be put down, the application process is somewhat tedious with having a prescreening in which you record yourself and 2 separate video interviews as well but it is not too bad at all.
