Assisting clients with daily living in their own homes from personal care to going the shops housekeeping and administering medication liasing with other organisation involved in a persons care

I enjoy doing the assessments

Don't require any support from my employer but if I do I am sure they will help
Lots always sent the power point to reflect on should I need it to complete assessment
It improves my knowledge of Laws policies and procedures
No and if there was we probably wouldn't have time to attend as we are always covering more calls than our own
Yes
Extra curricular activities are a good way for team bonding and keeping staff happy and motivated
Be prepared for lots of messing around with your rota
