  • I have learnt the importance of focusing on my team's professional development in the workplace and also maintaining emotional awareness at all times. In addition I have found the content to be useful with regards to managing my own development and how to develop further.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the workshops we have on a monthly basis. Also I enjoy the variety in assignments and units we cover, as well as the opportunities to undertake projects such as presentations and team events.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would say overall the programme is structured in a way that is easy to understand and individual objectives are made clear. Thanks to the online platform you are also able to see a clear timeline of what you have achieved and the next steps.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The training team and my manager in particular have been fantastic with providing me with the relevant time and resources I need to complete my assignments/training. However, being based in an operational environment, obtaining support from the senior management can be very challenging in busy periods.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My coach for this programme has been exceptional with having follow-up conversations and keeping a close track on my current progress. I have found that having professional discussions and progress reviews are very helpful too.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • This course has allowed me to better understand the ways in which we can better manage our teams and also gain a better perspective on a variety of situations such as problem solving and collaborating.

  • There are networking events that take place with our community groups within Wayfair.
