Daily admin tasks such as emails,letters, dealing with fee earners and clients - for any quires they may have on any work we have completed. Learning new skills in different areas of the firm giving us a wide variety of skills and experience.
Everyday I learn new skills in terms of the business however, I have also learnt how to communicate on a more professional level. I feel I continuously learn new skills and I will continue to learn and grow professionally through my time with the apprenticeship.
I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship. Irwin Mitchell are a great employer to work for and with.
The apprenticeship is well structure allowing us to join different teams to gain more insight and experience as well as being supported throughout both in the work place and by our education programme Damar.
I receive continuous support from my employer every step of the way.

It provides me with essential skills needed for my role such as professional behaviors to how to be practical and conduct a professional email.
There is many extra activities such as groups which support our charities, sport teams and many other events which we have chance to participate in.
