I am a PA to fee earners and solicitors in the firm, I also move round in different departments every 3 months to get more exposure to different things and people.
I have learnt so many new skills as I had never done a lot of the systems and jobs before - also working every day is developing my IT, Maths and English skills.
I love the firm and working with my team every day, it is such a good environment.
I have so much support both from my line manager and my teams, I couldn't ask for better.
They always respond to my emails when I need support and are constructive and helpful.
By learning different skills and thinking about what I learn I apply that in my day to day working.
Loads! And they all vary as well.
Yes
It is a good firm and the staff are lovely and friendly and it is such a nice place to work.
Always ask questions, you will learn so much more.
