  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my job a lot at the moment but I know soon I’ll be forced to move placement into a new environment with new people, this makes the bonds and friendships that you make over the 6 month period completely wasted

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The company can be very organised and also very clumsy, for example they are able to set up everyone’s covid test and placements but are unable to manage the course work coming through as not all ADMs are present. This overloads one ADM and makes his job extremely hard.
