My role as a customer relationship management trainee is to connect with other sporting organisations with the proposal of making them better. This could be to market their name/brand by being part of our many sponsors on an event by our organisation for example. My role is to make sure emails are written and sent to the individuals who can make that partnership happen.
Yes I have definitely learnt and developed new work placement skills. I have been introduced to technology apps and platforms like Google calendar, LinkedIn , Air table etc. Through these I have learnt to arrange meetings with my fellow workers. I have created my own LinkedIn profile which allows me to connect with other professional work placement outlets for an opportunity after the duration of six week traineeship. Also I have developed better time management and organisation skills by having to use Air table write down my weekly tasks, check my progress on them etc. I have learnt to better my editing skills for events that I have to market for the organisation and also have to comunicate with potential companies who can possibly be future partners by how to format or draw down emails and letters.
I have great affection and determination when it comes to sport. I have recently competed a level 3 B-Tec in sport in Loughborough college. For me this is the perfect step to progress towards a placement in the working industry. Therefore I am enjoying the work tasks and planning for sporting events.
Pretty well structured. The are hardly times when I don't know what to do for my daily or weekly schedule. This is because we have them arranged a week before. I am always in contact with my team and meetings are hosted to review our week. The work is a uploaded on a Google drive account where people can analyse it and share ideas.
I receive a large amount of support from my employer. As said we continually have meetings to asses an issue when it comes to the work I do. I am allowed to voice my opinion on an working adjustment I feel might work better for me in order to me more progressive in my work.
LMP education has and continues to support me greatly. They are the ones who prepared me for how a workspace is likely to be to even numerous accounts of reviewing and developing my CV or how an interview works. LMP education has offered me a Laptop for the duration of my work placement. Also wonderful tutors who have made sure I am successful with my skills forward Matha and English programmes and preparation for my exam.
LMP Education taught me the fundamentals I would need to be successful towards a traineeship. We did countless group activities who help to gain understanding on how to work around others and in an environment that one might need time to comfortably adjust too. Our Skills Forward was consistently monitised by our tutor which helped me to have the drive to complete my task in a proper manner and on time. This helps for tasks given by my traineeship organisation to be in on time and deliver work that of quality. Self management is also a quality I came in already having because of LMP Education since we have weekly log books to fill. This as helped to not miss out on any meetings or task that have been required for me within Fruitionx. At LMP I have been taking English classes and this has improved my writing delivery to the organisations and clients that I have to email or write letters too.
Yes the are extra curricular activities to take part in. Recently we had a vlog to be made on a match day for Manchester United at Old Trafford against West Ham. Overall the organisation is here to work with the community through embracing the power and positive influence sport has on an individual's life. Therefore numerous holdings of camps like the current and upcoming 13 week plan for girls empowerment in sport are held on a regular. Networks who might want to join the positive massage can help by volunteering a coach, offering equipment or settings(football field) as an example for the days. Therefore networking does also take place.
Yes
I would recommend the company for the purpose and fulfillment it brings to see the good impact your work will do within the community. Fruitionx is a great source for boys and girls who want to introduce and develop their physical activity or sporting skills. Also for those who might feel they nolonger have a path within the sporting industry. Educationally and eventually with a sporting placement Fruitionx is here to support.
I would recommend them to be at ease especially if they have a great deal of passion and love for sport or to be of help/service towards the embetterment of a community. I would recommend that one should be prepared to be open to new ideas and be collaborative when it comes to completing tasks and projects. I would lastly recommend that they embrace the challenge because nothing worthy ever comes easy.
