Workshop based apprenticeship with one day a week out for theory. When learning a process for the first time we have the state of the art augmented reality welding suite. We then transfer those skills into the real thing.
I truly believe I learn something new each day that helps me to develop my welding skills that little further
This apprenticeship has been eye opening for me as a 37 year old man making a career change and I have not enjoyed work this much in years. It is an amazing experience
Extremely well put together. Throughout the whole process I have be kept up to date with any changes and always know what I am meant to be doing and whether I am achieving my targets.
When ever I need support my managers are always available to talk to face to face or via other means of communication. No matter what the issue they are always on had to provide the support needed or direct you in the right direction.
Again i couldn’t be happier with the levels of support. All staff are very knowledgeable and always on hand to help you out. And make learning fun at the same time
Well as I had never welded before and I am now a fairly confident welder I feel it has helped a great deal
