My role is working alongside colleagues and client in order to delivery business results and add value to client projects.

I really enjoy this programme and would recommend it to a anyone.
Very well organised and structured programme
Plenty of support. 3 managers are provided nd you get a busy and a coach assigned to you.
We have multiple different classroom learning sessions that are held by IBM.
I believe the training provided by IBM is a great starting point to allow you to thrive in the roles as all of the skills learnt are transferrable from the training to the role.
Yes there are multiple opportunities ranging from sporting events such as the corporate games, work socials, and many networking events.

It is the number 1 place to start your career in my opinion. The support, structure and opportunities available are unrivalled to most in this field.
