    • Yes, I have learnt many new skills like learning how to operate different softwares, learning about different kinds of tax returns, using precedent letters etc.

    • I recieve the highest amount of support from my employer. My team is very friendly and wants to help me learn and progress

    • I recieve a high amount of support, for example the feed back on my course work is extremely detailed allowing me to progress.
