I get to work, play with the children, help them learn and make sure they are happy. I follow the daily routine of the nursery 5 days a week and do course work on the side.

I love it
Very organised and well planned. I am always very aware of when my webinars are set as everything is already planned through the year.
I am very supported and I know I can come to her with any question and she always helps.
I receive a lot of support by always getting feedback of what I am doing well and what I can improve on.
I get to learn on the job and I can use my knowledge whilst working with the children.
There is a football coach who comes in once a fortnight to play football with the children.

I would recommend realise as they are very helpful and well organised and I know if ever need help or support I don’t have to wait for a webinar I can call or text my tutor for support
