IBM has provided a very comprehensive course that helps tailor employees to different aspects of their work-life. This enables them to have a holistic overview, not only of their job role but related ones too. Additionally, there is a very welcoming culture at IBM that makes it easier to join.
Research as much as you can. IBM has many different products, solutions and rich history so having an overview of that can be very useful.
