I’m the ceo of the company we have childrens homes and a independent school. All together there’s 90 staff
Yes especially during covid the literature I’ve read and models of leadership and emotional Reliance has enhanced by tool box
At times I’ve had to prioritise work especially with covid and then during my time off I havnt had the head space to do the award but my assessor has been very flexible and support once and I’ve enjoyed learning
