Working with children from ages of 6 months to 4 years. Helping them develop and get ready for school.
Yes i have learnt many new skills such as how to approach different situations and ive learnt the changes in the new EYFS.
I love working with children so this is the career path for me.
Its been well structured as you do 1 unit at a time and see the changes in your work as you go through.
Good support, for example if i ever feel overwhelmed or need help they will always be there.
Lots of support with work and help through telephone too.
Most of the skills i have learnt has been with my trainer who has gave me productive criticism.
Yes we have socail gatherings often
