developing the learning with children, patience, safeguarding, organisation skills
I enjoyed it because I learnt a lot, I was helping families experience the first steps with their children and allowing them to develop to their very best person.
Very organised, there were deadlines that had to be kept to and they went hand in hand with what I was learning on a daily basis in my working environment.
I received a lot of support, such as pushing me with my daily work along with learning through my apprenticeship program
I received lots of support, this included a weekly telephone call to review my week and how my work was carrying out, along with monthly visits.
The qualification helped me develop my knowledge with my role and become better at my job.
there were not as it was a nursery.
Yes
