My role is to be a key person to a group of children, for that I have to take care of all their personal needs and monitor their development. I am also responsible for planning activities for them that may enhance their development. While following all all policies and procedures.
I started as an unpracticed level 2, by doing my level 3 with paragon skills I have been able to develop my knowledge of the job. It has enabled me to always look at myself and my practice to be the best I can be.
I enjoyed the programme but sometimes found it difficult juggling work, family life and the course. I was very pleased to get my qualification.
The programme was very well structured. By doing the course in the order it was set it made it easier for me as the course went on.
My employer gave lots of support, I was able to go to my employer whenever I needed help with my course.
I received lots of support from my trainer whom without I don’t think I could have completed it as well without.
It has taught me to understand my role more deeply and understand and understand the importance of it.

We are a fantastic team who will always help others.
I would say go for it but bear in mind what the job entails, there is a lot more to the job then some people might think. As a company I don’t think you can find better. The interview process is really good, you are put at ease from the moment you sit down. However, do your research, there are lots of questions mainly relating to the job itself.
