  • The time was diverted, so entailed me having to learn a wide variety of new skills such as incident management and HR investigation procedures.

  • I thoroughly enjoyed my programme, it required me to research a number of new subjects which have in turn improved my skill set.

  • The programme was well structured and organised. It allowed you to work at your own pace to suit your work schedule.

  • The support was great, even through lockdown.

  • My training provider was always on hand to support me when needed.

  • By learning lots of new skills I have definitely become a better people manager.

  • Due to COVID out of work events have been limited. However, it is definitely something my workplace encourages under normal circumstances.
