Im a health care assistant & on a day to day basis i assist the elderly on their everyday needs. Supporting them to make choices for themselves, so they feel comfortable & safe with dignity in their home.
Everyday i learn new skills as every individual has different needs. Making a difference in a persons life is a rewarding skill in itself.
Learning about alot more things in depth.
Very organised which is helping me be more organised at home.
Really good support.
Excellent support if their is anything i need is struggling on i know she's there if i need the support.
With support & know shes there is encouraging.
With Covid its been really hard. Before we had lots of events that was organised so hoping for more to come

The organisation has only just changed to care uk. But i can see positive changes.
If you are a caring and compassionate person. Wants to learn new skills as everyday is different & rewarding. Also using initiative to work on your own & to work within a team.
