I’ve learnt how to study effectively and use my time wisely. It’s helped me form a better bond with the parents through my work at handovers and parents evenings. I can plan activities and lessons to involve all children. I’ve learnt how to include children who would t necessarily become involved in their own and formed relationships with them
Yes
All children are included and worked with to help them achieve their very best. No child is left behind and their beliefs and cultures are all shared aswell. The staff care for their children and we know the names of every child in the setting which I think is a great thing
Be open and honest. The staff will take care of you and you will be supported. The children make your day go much faster because aswell as being their teacher you’re their friend. And they can tell how much love they have behind them from their relationship with us and the relationships we have with their parents
